Sprchové karty s afirmacemi pro tělo

My bathroom shelf has become my little pep-talk station — I flip to a new card while the water heats up and it genuinely shifts my mood before I even step in. The affirmations are short enough to actually read mid-shower, which is exactly what I needed.

The waterproof cards are perfect for propping on the ledge while the water runs, and each affirmation actually makes me slow down and breathe. I've been reaching for them every morning, and it's become the calmest part of my shower routine.

I was skeptical I'd actually use these in the shower, but they've become my favorite five minutes of the day. The cards are sturdy enough that they don't warp or drip when they get splashed, and the prompts genuinely shift my mood before I start the day.
